Privacy & Data Handling Policy

Effective Date: October 12, 2026

1. Our Core Privacy Commitment

990Labs operates as an applied systems and software studio. We treat your operational workflows, business logic, customer metrics, and codebase with strict confidentiality. We do not sell data, run third-party advertising networks, or monetize user tracking.

2. Information We Collect

When you interact with our website or services, we only collect information necessary to communicate with you and perform agreed work:

  • Inquiry & Contact Details: Your name, work email address, and project brief details submitted via our contact forms or direct email.
  • Meeting Information: Name, email, and time selection when scheduling discovery calls via our Calendly integration.
  • Technical Logs: Standard web server access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp) maintained solely for infrastructure reliability and DDoS protection.

3. Zero AI Model Training on Client Data

We do not use client operational data, proprietary schemas, internal tickets, or communications to train public artificial intelligence models. All AI agent development is conducted using enterprise API endpoints governed by zero-retention and commercial non-training agreements.

4. Third-Party Service Processors

We rely on reputable infrastructure providers to host and deliver our applications:

  • Vercel: Website hosting, edge network, and serverless compute.
  • Calendly: Interactive appointment scheduling.
  • GitHub: Source code repositories and version control.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Inquiry data is retained only for the duration of client evaluation or active engagements. You may request complete deletion of your contact records or project notes at any time by contacting our engineering team.

6. Contacting the Studio

If you have questions regarding our privacy practices or wish to request an NDA prior to sharing sensitive system architectures, please write directly to hello@990labs.com.
